Habitat for Humanity is seeking homebuyers

Habitat For Humanity Burlington County offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to make the dream of affordable homeownership possible. They are seeking interested and eligible homebuyers for their Affordable Homeownership Program.

On Monday, January 26th, applications will be available for two 4-bedroom homes located in Willingboro and Beverly.

Simple, decent, and affordable homes are sold to hardworking individuals and families through a 0%-interest mortgage determined by the income of the homebuyer(s) so it’s made to be affordable. Individuals and families eligible for the Affordable Homeownership Program must meet 4 criteria: housing need, ability to pay the mortgage, willingness to partner, and are living or working in Burlington, Camden, or Gloucester Counties.

There are three ways to apply for one or both of these properties: 1. Attend an information session at Willingboro Library on either Wednesday, January 28th at 6:30pm or Saturday, January 31st at 11am; 2. Download an application from www.habitatbcnj.org. Applications will be available online beginning January 26th; 3. Schedule an appointment with Ashley Griffiths, Habitat Family Services at (856) 439-6717 ext. 103 or ashleygriffiths@habitatbcnj.org.
